Cultpix is strictly an 18+ platform (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). This statement describes the age assurance measures we apply to restrict access to adult content. It is provided in good faith and is subject to legal review.

Our Age Assurance Measures

1. Entry age confirmation. Every visitor must affirmatively confirm that they are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) via an entry disclaimer before accessing the platform.
2. Account and payment verification. Access to subscription content requires a registered account and a valid payment method processed through regulated payment providers, which provides an additional adult-age signal.
3. Content classification. Adult-themed titles are classified and labelled, and adult genres are filtered in non-verified contexts.
4. Ongoing review. We monitor and update our age-assurance approach in line with evolving EU and national requirements, including EU age-verification guidance.

Anyone under the required age must not use the service. If you do not meet the age requirement, please leave the site.
