Cultpix is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all users, partners, and individuals whose works or likenesses may appear on our platform. We take all complaints seriously and have established the following process to address concerns in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
1. Submitting a Complaint
Any user, rights holder, or member of the public may submit a complaint regarding:
- Content that may be illegal or infringe applicable laws.
- Content that violates Cultpix’s Terms of Use, Community Standards, or corporate governance policies (including but not limited to intellectual property, anti-trafficking, or anti-abuse standards).
- Content in which an individual is personally depicted and seeks removal.

Please include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the content in question (e.g., URL, title, or description).
- The reason for your complaint, with supporting details.
2. Review and Resolution
- All complaints will be acknowledged upon receipt.
- Cultpix will review and investigate each complaint thoroughly.
- A decision will be made and communicated within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Where content is found to be unlawful or in breach of Cultpix’s standards, it will be removed or restricted promptly.
3. Appeals and Removal Requests by Depicted Individuals
Any person depicted in a video, image, or other content on Cultpix may request removal of such content.
- Removal requests will be prioritized to protect the dignity and rights of individuals.
- If a request is denied, the individual has the right to appeal the decision.
- Appeals will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer not involved in the initial decision, and a final determination will be provided within five (5) business days of the appeal.
4. Cooperation with Authorities
Cultpix reserves the right to refer matters to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities if complaints raise legal or criminal concerns.
