EU Digital Services Act Disclosure

This disclosure is provided by Cultpix AB in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the "Digital Services Act" or "DSA"). It sets out our points of contact, how to report illegal content, and our trader information. This text is provided in good faith and is subject to legal review.

Single Point of Contact — Authorities (Art. 11)

For communications from Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services, our single point of contact is info@cultpix.com. The language for such communications is English.

Single Point of Contact — Recipients of the Service (Art. 12)

Recipients of the service (users) may contact us directly by electronic means at info@cultpix.com.

Reporting Illegal Content — Notice & Action (Art. 16)

Any individual or entity may notify us of content they consider to be illegal. Notices may be submitted by email to info@cultpix.com or through our Complaints Process. To allow us to act, a notice should include:

  • A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal.
  • A clear indication of the exact electronic location of the content (e.g. the URL).
  • The name and email address of the person or entity submitting the notice (except where the content relates to certain offences against minors).
  • A statement confirming the good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt of notices without undue delay and process them in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. We inform the affected parties of our decision and of the available means of redress.

Trader Identification (Arts. 30–32)

Cultpix AB is an identified trader. Our legal entity name, company registration number, registered address, and contact details are published in the footer of every page of this website.
